I have always heard that when we make smoothies we should opt for green but I never knew it had such great benefits. According to me if Green smoothies are easy to prepare, healthy, quick recipe, tasty, remove impurity, best for health etc so why not have it daily. Its the only thing I ever heard helpful for all kind of health problems.
Believe me, I know… I have a toddler, an infant, and run my own business. All the while I need to clean the house and prepare meals. Life is crazy! That is why it is so important to keep processed foods out of the home and nutrient dense smoothies readily available us and our loved ones. We can’t afford to not receive the benefits of green smoothies.
My daughter’s ecsma is BAD so in my desperation, I went on the net to see what I could find and found your website. I’m going to try these smoothies on her but I’ll be trying them out as I’m obesely overweight and really need to look at eating more healthy. Thanks for your website!

If you are like me, and have kids that don’t like to eat any type of vegetable, then I can tell you that the smoothie is a life saver! Smoothies taste great and kids usually don’t take the initiative because of that to question what is in them. It is a great way to get them their fruits and veggies without a fuss.
Yeah, me to i don’t like to eat raw or boiled vegetables but when it comes to a smoothie i can drink one glass with no problem. This way i keep my body safe and my mind clear.

I have been sold on juicers and smoothies since Jack LaLane started promoting them many years ago. Not only are juice blends and smoothies usually dietetic in an of themselves but their affect on the digestive system (kkeping it running well) is also a weight loss benefit. After all, when you body processes food more effeciently, fewer calories become stored as fat.

I have an older Vitamix and used it for making flour, blending, I did make peanut butter but my favorite is smoothies! I am so glad to have a Vitamix, they are certainly, in my opinion the best for blending things that can be thick like a smoothie.
